Brewing Recommendations.
Grind: Medium-fine (table salt consistency) for balanced extraction.
Ratio: 18g coffee to 210g water (1:12 ratio) for concentrated base. Add hot water to taste post-brew.
Method: Inverted technique for full immersion – bloom 30 sec, steep 1:30, press gently for 30 sec.
Pro Tip: Use water at 85–90°C for fruity single-origins, 93°C for chocolatey blends
