All our coffee is roasted fresh weekly and delivered directly to your door across Ireland. Each bag shows the roast date for complete transparency. We recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks of roasting for optimal flavour, though our beans remain delicious for up to 3 months when stored properly in an airtight container.
Yes! Our Montalvo DECAF from Colombia uses a natural sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination process that preserves sweetness and chocolate notes while removing 97%+ of caffeine. The EA is naturally sourced from fermented sugarcane and completely evaporates during roasting—delivering full coffee flavour without the caffeine.
Whole bean coffee is at its best for roughly 4–6 weeks from the roast date if stored in a cool, dry place in its sealed bag. After opening, try to consume within 2–3 weeks for optimal flavour and aroma.
Because roasted coffee is a perishable product, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong coffee. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will work with you to put things right.
Yes. Most of our core coffees are available as a recurring “Subscribe & Save” subscription so you never run out of coffee. You can manage your schedule and preferences from your Coffeeangel account by selecting Manage Subscriptions, where you can change coffee, adjust frequency, or update your details in line with our subscription guidelines.
Our recurring coffee subscriptions include a built‑in discount and free shipping within Ireland, subject to the terms outlined in our Subscription & Gift Subscription FAQ. For one‑off orders, free all‑Ireland delivery applies on orders over €35, with a delivery fee for orders of €35 or less.
