At Coffeeangel, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Your EU Consumer Rights
Under EU law, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of delivery for any reason (the "cooling-off period").
All goods are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for faults or lack of conformity. Coffeeangel, as the retailer, is responsible for this guarantee.
How to Start a Return
Email shop@coffeeangel.com with your order number and reason for return, or log in to your account and follow the returns process.
- Log in to your account:

- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label (in the case of faulty goods). After the product is returned and assessed that it is either faulty or unused and fit for resale, you receive a refund.
Return Shipping
- For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Coffeeangel covers return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the same currency, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment.
Exceptions
- Coffee (whole bean or ground), personalised, or digital products are non-returnable unless faulty.
