Every signature blend is roasted fresh weekly by our trusted partner, Bailies Coffee Company in Belfast, one of Ireland's most respected specialty coffee roasters. We receive fresh roasted beans multiple times per week and ship immediately.

Fórsa Gála Espresso is specifically designed for milk-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites. Its bold, chocolatey intensity and syrupy body cuts through milk beautifully while maintaining distinct flavour character.
Sú Beatha also works well in milk drinks if you prefer a darker, bolder profile with prominent chocolate and nutty notes.
Póg Mhilis is best enjoyed black to appreciate its bright fruit notes, though some customers enjoy it as a lighter milk drink.
Montalvo Decaf performs well in both black and milk-based preparations.
