What your recipient receives
They’ll receive a Coffeeangel email with your name and personal message, plus a separate Square eGift Card email with their unique 16‑digit code.
Both emails include simple instructions on how to redeem their gift in any Coffeeangel café.

Email delivery
Gifts are delivered by email from Coffeeangel and our payments partner Square. Most gifts are sent in our daily email batch at 2pm, Monday–Friday (Irish time).
If your recipient doesn’t see their gift: you can ask them to check Spam/Junk, search for “Coffeeangel” and “Square eGift Card”, or contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com and we’ll help.
Valid in all Coffeeangel locations across Ireland. Not redeemable online.

Send a Coffee
When will they receive it?
We process and send coffee gifts Monday to Friday during business hours (7am-2pm).
Order before 2pm on a weekday → Sent same day
Order after 2pm or at the weekend → Sent next business morning
Choose a future date → Sent on your chosen day during business hours
Frequently asked questions
Forever. Send a Coffee gifts don’t expire, so your recipient can redeem their treat whenever it suits them best.
Yes, but it just depends on the gift you choose:
- Just a Coffee (€5.50): Any regular coffee.
- Coffee & Treat (€9.00): Any regular coffee plus any pastry or treat.
- Coffee for Two (€11.00): Two regular coffees.
If their order is a little more than the gift value, they can simply pay the difference at the till.

No problem at all. The gift can be used at any time during our opening hours – for an afternoon pick‑me‑up, a weekend treat, or another day entirely.
Because there’s no expiry date, they can save it for whenever the moment feels right.
Not at the moment. Send a Coffee is for in‑store redemption only at Coffeeangel cafés.
If you’d like to send something for online shopping, our other gift card options may be a better fit.
Yes. Just add multiple Send a Coffee gifts to your cart and enter different recipient details for each one at checkout.
Each person will receive their own personalised email with your message and a unique code.
If you need to change the send date, please email shop@coffeeangel.com before the scheduled send time.
Include your order number and the new preferred date, and we’ll do our best to update it as long as the email hasn’t already been sent.
First, ask them to:
- Check their Spam/Junk folder and any “Other” or “Clutter” tabs.
- Search their inbox for “Coffeeangel” and “Square eGift Card”.
If it’s a work email, their company’s filters may be strict with automated messages, so IT may need to release or allow emails from @coffeeangel.com and @squareup.com.

Yes! Our Monaghan café is fully part of the Coffeeangel family. The code works in all our locations, Dublin and beyond.
No hidden fees. The amount you choose – €5.50, €9.00, or €11.00 – is the full value your recipient can redeem in our cafés.
Standard card‑processing fees are covered by us; nothing extra is taken from their gift.
Yes, as long as they’ll be able to visit a Coffeeangel café at some point. The gift remains valid indefinitely, but it can only be redeemed in‑person at our locations in Ireland.
For larger or corporate orders, we can help you choose the best option and make sure emails land smoothly. Email shop@coffeeangel.com with a few details (number of recipients, timing, budget) and we’ll look after you.
