Traditional Stoneware Mug
Thrown on the wheel in Co. Sligo.
John Ryan has been making this mug for us since 2011, and it is not sold anywhere else. Grey and white, with the throwing rings left where his hands put them, and a glaze he formulates himself.
It holds about 250ml, which is a full single cup. The opening is sized to sit under an Aeropress, a Clever Dripper, a V60 or a Timemore Crystal Eye, so you can pour straight from the brewer without splashing. That is the whole reason it exists.
Every one is thrown by hand, so no two are quite the same. Dishwasher safe, microwave safe and oven-proof.
