  • We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and gift cards.
4. Delivery
  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time shown at checkout.
  • If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
  • To cancel, contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com within 14 days.
  • Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
  • We provide a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods.
  • If your item is faulty, contact us immediately with details and photos.
  • We will offer repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
7. Returns & Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • You may not use our content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
