Process: Sealed fermentation for fruit-bomb sweetness.

Origin: Gatta Farm (Daye Bensa), Sidama, Ethiopia (2,100+ masl).

How to Brew

1. Pour:200ml–250ml of hot water (just off the boil).

2. Dunk:Submerge sachet and dunk vigorously for 15–30 seconds.

3. Steep:Leave for 5+ minutes, squeeze bag, and remove.
