Third generation coffee farmer, Rogelio Aguirre Jr., lost his father in childhood. And teaching Rogelio how to grow and produce exceptional coffee became the responsibility of a local coffee agronomist. 

Following a two hour lesson and hike through the farm each morning, the young Rogelio and his teacher would sit and eat their breakfast at the same spot which produced the best coffee and had the best view. The El Comedor lot comes from this high point of the farm, and means "the diner".

A beautiful washed coffee, El Comedor produces a delicate cup with a fruity aroma and notes of baked apple, cane sugar and cinnamon.
