Perched at 2000 - 2550 MASL the village of Buku Sayisa sits in the district of Hambela Wamena within the world-renowned Guji zone. And it is the 430 small farms surrounding the village that have produced this wonderful coffee. Given the elevation, farmers must carry their harvests down from the mountains by horse to the dry mill where the coffee is lovingly dried on raised African beds.

Made up of Dega - an ancient Ethiopian variety - this naturally-produced coffee is bursting with sweet red fruit and floral intensity.
