Deliveries and Returns


Coffeeangel’s shipping and handling charges are split into categories – Ireland - North and South - and International. Charges are calculated on the total weight of your order (inclusive of packaging) and destination. In order to minimise domestic shipping costs we ship by both An Post (Ireland’s national postal service) and Nightline including their Parcel Motel Service (estimates below). Please note when choosing your Shipping Destination that deliveries may require a signature.

We currently ship all items destined for international address as Standard Post using An Post (Ireland’s National postal service). For a list of An Post’s current shipping charges see here. Delivery in Ireland will be made within 28 days from shipping, though it is usually 1-2 business days. If stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed. Delivery for the rest of the world will be within 28 days, and while it is usually quicker shipping times can vary from country to country. If you need your shipment signed for upon delivery, tracked to its final destination or sent as priority shipping, this will incur a higher shipping cost and you need to contact us before placing your order.


The Coffeeangel website makes every effort to describe and display goods and products in great detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to Coffee Angel Ltd. Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale, you will then receive a full refund. Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

You can also return items to any Coffeeangel stores free of charge within 30 days of receipt of your purchase or order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging along with a valid receipt / proof of purchase.

Please note that coffee - wholebean or ground - can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only).

Faulty Goods

The products sold via this website have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and the relevant safety standards. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 months for defects in manufacturing or material. If a product you have purchased has a fault and is covered by this warranty we will repair or replace the item for you and cover the carriage costs. However, if a fault has occurred through misuse, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear then all carriage and repair costs will be borne by you. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
