It is a three-bean blend from two origins:

  • 65% Fazenda São Judas Tadeu, Brazil
  • 25% Daterra Santa Colomba, Brazil
  • 10% Marcala, Honduras

Pushed for a description, I think I’d go with a spiked, Black Forest gateaux – red wine up front with a stewed marischino cherry and chocolate finish.

We’re now serving it on all our Dockland’s MCU’s if you’d like to pop by and try.  It is also available for purchase from our webshop. Brewing details are available there.
