It’s taken much more time and effort than I care to disclose, but I’m delighted to finally announce the launch or our new winter espresso – Fórsa Gála (Gale Force for those not offay on the ole’ Irish).
It is a three-bean blend from two origins:
- 65% Fazenda São Judas Tadeu, Brazil
- 25% Daterra Santa Colomba, Brazil
- 10% Marcala, Honduras
Pushed for a description, I think I’d go with a spiked, Black Forest gateaux – red wine up front with a stewed marischino cherry and chocolate finish.
